The quest for sustainable energy solutions is crucial in addressing the global energy crisis and environmental concerns. Proton Exchange Membrane Water Electrolyzer (PEMWE) efficiently produces green hydrogen, but its cost is high due to expensive catalysts used in the oxygen evolution reaction (OER). This study focuses on developing a low-cost, efficient, and stable catalyst by doping cobalt spinel with lanthanum (La) and manganese (Mn).
