Air-gen Technology

Air-gen is a cool tech that's all about making electricity from the air around us. It does this by using tiny wires that are even smaller than a hair strand, which come from a microbe called Geobacter. These nanowires are materials with tiny holes that can absorb and release water from the air. These wires are sandwiched between two flat electrodes and generate electricity when they absorb water vapour from the air​. This process is like how a storm cloud creates a lightning bolt!
