How has Covid-19 impacted consumer behaviour?
Due to the global pandemic of COVID-19, the daily lives of people were greatly affected, as a lockdown was imposed, forcing them to stay at home. The public was forced to change their routine practises in order to cope with the circumstances. People were disallowed from visiting shopping malls, airports, and public gathering areas. SOPs were designed for disease control, and everyone was obliged to follow them. Facing the situation, people adjusted their lifestyles by shopping online and working from home. Now, consumption depends on time and location. This study was conducted to evaluate the influence of the coronavirus pandemic on customer psychology. Besides being customary, consumption behaviors are circumstantial.
